WHAT IS A RAID ROSTER?
In Redemption, a roster is a collection of players, (Kinship members and Allied Members) that have access to our weekly raids set by the Raid leaders. Different rosters will have access to raids of different tiers. Currently, there are three Raid Rosters; Minyar (Roster A) , Tatyar (Roster B), Nelyar (Roster C).
Roster Requirements by Class
Notes:
1) Admission to each roster will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you meet the requirements set below, your admission is guaranteed.
2) All values given are considered ‘malleable minimums’. They are not set in stone, though these are helpful numbers to aim for, and being too far away will disqualify you from admission to the roster. (Note: If you can reach various parsing requirements without hitting the offensive or heal rating requirements, you will be admitted on your skill. However, these values are important, and with that sort of skill, you could well exceed the parsing requirements!)
3) All values given are expected to be ‘unbuffed’, meaning only standard self-buffs can be applied (such as motivating speech, etc). DPS Parses are based on 3-minute solo training dummy parses, which can be found in the kinhouse should you need access to some.
Direct to Tank HPS Parses are especially malleable and are not the be-all-end-all of healing qualification. You can collect a screenshot of this by healing a tank in any setting you choose, even just a single tank in a dummy instance of your choosing.
4) Only current ‘meta’ specs are included in the expectations below. If you can match these values and raid performance with a different spec, don’t feel like you can’t ask to be elevated to the next roster just because it’s not listed!

What are the requirements to join these Rosters?
Minyar - Roster A
Member of our discord
Voluntarily agrees to follow Redemption’s Code of Conduct
The Minyar Roster group is open to any discord member. These raids will usually consist of T1 raids and have no stat requirements. The Minyar Roster focuses mainly on; farming instances, carrying players who need deed completions, and building group cohesion.
Tatyar - Roster B
Members have agreed to follow Redemption's Code of Conduct and Raid Rules
Members have met per class parse the stat requirements
The Tatyar Roster is open to members that have voluntarily met the parsing/mitigation/stat requirements set by our Raid Leaders. This team is focused on consistently clearing mid-Tier difficulty content. Tatyar members are expected to sign up for gearing runs (Alts allowed) so that Minyar members can get their gear. Tatyar members help lower Minyar members get to the Tatyar level.
Nelyar - Roster C
Members have agreed to follow Redemption's Code of Conduct, Raid Rules and Looting Rules
Members have met per class parse the stat requirements
Members have shown exceptional skill in their class
The Nelyar Roster is an Invitation Only group of players who have shown exceptional skill in their class and meet the requirements set above. This team is focused on exploratory and progression raiding. The Nelyar roster gives players an opportunity to attain the highest level raiding content that requires a considerable amount of time and the ‘BIS gear’. They will work on understanding the advanced mechanics of these raids and explaining it to the Tatyar Roster. The Nelyar are also responsible for helping members of the Tatyar and Minyar get gear, unlock deeds, and understand higher content.
