The Tatyar Roster is open to members that have voluntarily met the parsing/mitigation/stat requirements set by our Raid Leaders. This team is focused on consistently clearing mid-Tier difficulty content. Tatyar members are expected to sign up for gearing runs (Alts allowed) so that Minyar members can get their gear. Tatyar members help lower Minyar members get to the Tatyar level.

Guardian (Blue) Nelyar Stat Requirements
General Requirements:
1) All members of the Nelyar Roster are expected to meet the minimum requirements, which are reviewed at each new content release, or major class rebalances.
2) Members are expected to have shown strong capabilities as a raid member, showing initiative in dealing with fluid situations, as well as following instructions given by the raid leader quickly and effectively. This especially applies to non-DPS roles.
3) Members are expected to know the capabilities of their class to a high degree and should be ready to utilise all facets of their class in a raid situation.
